What does the lot code on your bottle mean? Here is a breakdown:

Late Spring (LSP25) honey bursts with floral elegance, evoking notes of wild honeysuckle. This extraction yields very little but it's by far the most floral. 

Early Summer (ESU25) introduces a surprising sour cherry brightness with notes of light florals.

Mid Summer’s (MSU25) clean, classic profile, pure and golden. 

Late Summer (LSU25) deepens in both color and character, offering a warm caramel finish.
