BEAUMIEL

At Beaumiel, we believe in letting nature lead. Our honey is raw, unfiltered, and gathered only from what our bees naturally produce—nothing more, nothing forced.

Our Mission

Honeybee

Our mission is to honor the natural rhythms of the hive, producing pure, raw honey exactly as the bees intend it. We are committed to gentle, chemical-free beekeeping, allowing bees to forage freely and thrive, while bottling only what they naturally create. Through this careful stewardship, we seek to share honey that reflects the beauty of each season while reminding our community of the patience, respect, and wonder that true honey requires.

Our Story

Honey, As Nature Intended

Beaumiel’s story began simply in 2024, with a single hive and a quiet promise to raise bees as they were meant to be: unhurried, untreated, and unfed by human hands. The goal was never to produce honey for sale, but to let the bees live as they would in the wild. What honey they made, we shared with family and friends, until the gentle gift of those first jars sparked a growing chorus of requests for more. By 2025, that one hive had grown into five thriving colonies, each flourishing under the same philosophy of natural beekeeping.

We harvest only in the warmth of summer, ensuring the bees have ample time to refill their frames for the winter ahead. This means each season yields only a small number of jars, and it will always remain that way. Every jar is marked with its lot number, its unique place among the total bottled that year, a quiet reminder of how precious real honey truly is. To hold a jar of Beaumiel is to hold the life’s work of sixty bees, each contributing just a teaspoon in their lifetime. It is a testament to patience, respect, and the wild, beautiful partnership between beekeeper and bee.
