Liability: Beaumiel and its representatives are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the use of our products or participation in our services, including but not limited to hosting beehives, honey harvesting, or using our honey, wax, or beauty products.

Allergies: Honey, bee-related products, and proximity to beehives may cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals. It is the responsibility of the customer to consult with a medical professional regarding allergies and to take appropriate precautions. Beaumiel is not responsible

for allergic reactions or medical emergencies resulting from the use of our products or services.

Force Majeure: Beaumiel is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control that may impact hive health or honey production, including but not limited to weather events, disease, pests, swarming, colony loss, or environmental factors. While we commit to best practices and diligent care, the nature of beekeeping involves inherent risks, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

1. Introduction
Welcome to Beaumiel. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, which govern your use of this site and your engagement with our products and services.

2. Use of Website
You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use of the site.

3. Product Purchases
By placing an order through our website, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and are at least 18 years old.

4. Return and Refund Policy

Honey and Edible Products: Due to health and safety regulations, all honey and edible products are strictly non-refundable.
Beauty and Home Goods: Refunds are offered only for products that are unopened and untampered with. Opened or tampered products are non-refundable.
Private Label Beekeeping Services and Equipment: We do not offer refunds for installed beekeeping equipment or bees once installed on your property. Beekeeping services are non-refundable except under extenuating circumstances, determined at Beaumiel’s sole discretion.
Hive Buyback: Hives purchased through our Private Label Beekeeping program may be sold back to Beaumiel for $200 per hive, with removal included at no additional cost.

5. Service Commitments
Beaumiel provides monthly maintenance and monitoring services for hosted hives. However, the health and productivity of bees are influenced by factors beyond our control, including weather, disease, and environmental factors. Beaumiel does not guarantee honey yield or colony survival.

6. Allergies and Safety
Bees may cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals. By engaging with our services or purchasing our products, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Beaumiel is not liable for any allergic reactions, stings, or related incidents.

7. Limitation of Liability
Beaumiel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, services, or website. You agree to assume full responsibility for your use of our offerings.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Beaumiel and may not be used or reproduced without prior written permission.
